All returns with in 48 hours of placing the order can be cancelled with out any charges, however, after 48 hours of placing the order or delivered need to sent back in the original package & condition or will refused or subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.
Yes you are responsible for the shipping charge back to us as on most orders we offer free shipping.
We understand how busy you are, so we give our customers 14 days to return products.
All purchases can be returned NOT including accessories and mattresses. The customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses back to us and also the product should be in unused condition with all the original packaging.
